Care Workers required in all regions of the U.K.
All Mears care branches are currently recruiting home care workers. Our care workers provide domestic support and personal care to older people, or adults with physical or mental disabilities. All applicants need to be over 18 years old.
To be a successful care worker you need to have a genuine interest in helping people, an an understanding of an individual's needs as well as a flexible working attitude. You must be willing to train to NVQ2 and most positions require a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
