Jackson Lloyd has a committed Customer Care and Community Manager; this role is dedicated to customer requirements, ensuring that our customer needs are dealt with at all times.
Jackson Lloyd works closely with tenant groups and organisations within the communities we serve. We work closely with various groups, and will meet on a regular basis to ensure the service we deliver within the communities is the right service for the specific area.
Our philosophy is centred upon:
- involving tenants both at a local and national level
- provide clear, thorough and understandable information
- ensure that the needs of different groups in the community are accounted for and their involvement encouraged.
